1. Order Cancellation Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your purchase.

2. Item Replacement Policy

• If an item is unavailable or damaged upon delivery, we will replace it with the same item if stock permits. Unboxing video is must for any claim.
• If the exact item is unavailable, we will offer a replacement with another item of similar price and value.

3. No Cash Refunds We do not offer cash refunds. Replacements will be provided in accordance with the terms outlined above.
