Delivery Timelines
Delhi NCR Orders: Dispatched and delivered within 4-5 days of order confirmation.
Rest of India: Delivered within 6-8 working days from the order date.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you tracking details via email, including the courier partner’s information. You can also check the status manually on the logistics provider’s website using the tracking number shared.
Return & Replacement Policy
We strive for customer satisfaction and offer a hassle-free return and replacement policy under the following conditions:

Return Process
🔹 Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by our courier partner).
🔹 Send clear images of the product (one close-up of the issue and one of the entire product) to [Your Email].
🔹 Our Quality Assurance team will review the request within 2-3 business days and provide an update.
🔹 Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 2-3 business days.
🔹 After the product reaches our warehouse, the refund process will be initiated within 2-3 business days.
Note: Products must be returned in original condition with all packaging, tags, invoices, and accessories intact.
🚫 Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Refund Policy

✅ Prepaid Orders: Refunded directly to the original payment method.
